This is my Travelers notebook. I use it daily to keep up with my mileage for work and other notes. It has worn well. I pray for you often when I use it.

Just wanted to tell you I pray for you almost daily. I purchased a small leather notebook (several actually) but I use the leather one with the tree on the spine and across the top, wild flowers on the bottom with a bunny on the front and white fox on the back. It is lovely and wearing well. I keep my mileage for work in it. So, thin of you often and pray for you too. Enjoy all your videos.

I have that loom but I'm trying to do toe socks, I just can't get it. Can you do a how to for toe socks?

Or you can simply use the center peg of the 5 side pegs as the sides of the sock instead of worrying with corners. You can also tape your tail to the loom so you can have both hands free, also take a plastic click ink pen and remove the longest tube of the pen, thread your yarn down through the tube and use it to quickly and accurately wrap your pegs quickly..

I'm paying $15 for 5 doz.! My local store carries boxes of regular and wide. So easy to use. I have not been scalding, juust holding in hot water.

The extra crease in the lid, makes it stronger... I feel anyway.

Tattler and Harvest Guard are the reusable lids. (Both made in USA) I don't believe the Superb are designed to be reusable. Our local store had a display from Superb and I read every word on it.

Mine arrived from Lehman's today. Took ten days for them to ship them out. They feel thick, the sealant is thick. Can't wait to try them.

In Australia we cant get lids nor jars been like that from 2020. I order from Lehmans and decided to buy 300 of the wide mouth lids as even in good times they were difficult to obtain here. A few were slightly squashed on the rim so i put those aside for vac sealing use only. I pressure canned a load of chicken using these lids. All 8 sealed. Next batch i did i had one buckle. Not sure why but couldve been a number of reasons from my error to faulty lid. Ive been canning for years and havent really had a lot of seal fails but i too have found ball quality is not like it used to be and a few seals failed recently. I have many of these superb wide mouths left so hoping the buckling episode was a once of incident as it will be full on canning season in a few months Wish me luck.

I bought the 360 pack from Lehman's of these lids and used them for the first time a week ago. I'm comfortable with how most of the jars sealed, but I did have a few that "flex" when you push down on the center of the lid. They don't "pop" up and down like a total failed seal, but they're not completely sucked down and concave. I can do the holding the jars by the edge of the lid's rim test and they seem fine... What do you think is going on?

Thank you for the review. I purchased Ball lids which unfortunately have a awful,strong odor three times. The odor gave me a headache. I have canned for almost 40 yrs using Ball & Kerr lids and never had this happen before. I haven’ needed to purchase lids for about the last 6 yrs and was surprised on the new Ball green box it says to only store sealed jars for up to 18 months. I will order these lids. I am going to try these lids.

I ordered these lids off Amazon with free shipping and they came straight from the Lehmans company. I live in Ohio and had them within 3-4 days. They also carry the wide mouth lids now too.

Thanks, I've been hemming over them for a while but really needed to get a good stack of lids. Hearing the pop, and then that seal release did it for me :) I just ordered the 360 stack...Most of my older Ball lids are on their 3rd use, so really only good for dry storage. I've also had too many failures on post 2020 Ball lids. I have built up a small-med supply of Harvest/Tattler, and I have a few Weck (trying to get a few each year), but glad to have American made simple lids for the season. I've had good luck with the lids from Fillmore too, which are a heavy generic gold lid with a red ring...not sure where they are made but they work well with Anchor jars.
